Choose your training distance and checkout securely through our website. ​
2. Complete the Athlete Questionnaire
After purchase, you’ll fill out a quick form about your running background, goals, and schedule so we can build the perfect plan for you. ​
3. Custom Plan Build
Our performance coach will review your responses and custom-tailor a training plan designed around your goals, experience, and availability. ​
4. Access Your Plan in Final Surge
Your personalized training plan will be delivered through the Final Surge app. With Final Surge, you'll be able to view your training through your computer or phone, and all workouts will sync with you Apple or Garmin watch.
